- 8.8 oz polyester table fabric, hemmed bottom edge all the way round
- Machine washable, so one set lasts event after event
- Ships the next business day when your artwork is approved before 4pm PT
Which size do I need
Measure across the top of your table and match it to the diameter below. Standard height means a dining or banquet height table of about 28 inches. Bar height means a cocktail or high top table of about 42 inches.
| Table | Height | Overhang | Cover size |
|---|---|---|---|
| 31.5 in round | Standard | about 27 in | 86 × 86 in |
| 36 in round | Standard | about 27 in | 90 × 90 in |
| 48 in round | Standard | about 25 in | 98 × 98 in |
| 60 in round | Standard | about 19 in | 98 × 98 in |
| 31.5 in round | Bar height | about 33 in | 98 × 98 in |
The overhang is how far the cover drops from the table edge. On the smaller standard tables it reaches close to the floor. The 60 inch cover is the same size as the 48 inch, so on the larger table it hangs shorter, about 19 inches, which suits seated dinners where guests need room for their knees.
Where round covers earn their place
- Product launches and brand activations. Cocktail tables in your colours turn an empty room into your space before anyone reads a sign.
- Fundraisers, galas and banquets. Print the event name, the sponsor logos or the cause on every round.
- Weddings, graduations and parties. Names, dates, school colours or a full pattern that matches the theme.
- Restaurants, bars and venues. Branded high tops for patios, private events and promotions.
- Trade show lounges. A round cocktail table in a booth gives visitors somewhere to put a drink down and stay longer.
Setting up your artwork
Each size prints from one flat square file built to the cover size in the table above. The table top sits in the centre of the square and the rest falls as the drop, so keep logos and text inside the area that will hang straight down the side, and remember that a round cover is seen from every direction at once. Repeating the logo two or four times around the drop works far better than one large mark that half the room only sees from behind.
- No crop marks and no bleed. The fabric is cut to the template, not trimmed down.
- 150 dpi is the target, not 300. Plenty at this size, and the file stays manageable.
- CMYK, with fonts outlined. Convert Pantone and spot colours, and turn live fonts into outlines.
Send a single page PDF or a JPEG, up to 300MB. We check every file before it prints and come back to you if anything needs changing.
What to use them with
Round covers carry the atmosphere, so pair them with something people read up close. Table tent cards on each table for the menu, the programme or a QR code, and a pull-up banner at the entrance for the event name and sponsors. For rectangular registration and display tables, see our fitted and draped table covers.
Care and storage
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then hang or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach and do not tumble dry. Use a hand steamer for creases, and fold loosely between events, changing where the folds land so you do not set a permanent line.

Artwork requirements
Upload print-ready files as PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, JPG, or PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK color. Extend backgrounds 0.125" past the trim edge (bleed) and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it (safe area). Every file is checked by our team before production — if something's off, we'll contact you before anything prints.
Proofing and production
Production time starts after your artwork passes file review — not at checkout. If your order requires proof approval, we'll send the proof and the production clock starts once you approve it. Turnaround options for each product are shown in the configurator above.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery time is production time plus transit. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Transit depends on your address and the shipping method selected at checkout — larger format items may ship separately from small-format printing.

Answers about artwork, production and ordering.
Which round table cover size do I need?
Measure across the top of the table and pick the matching diameter. For standard height tables, about 28 inches high, the 31.5 inch cover is 86 by 86 inches and the 36 inch cover is 90 by 90 inches. The 48 inch and 60 inch covers are both 98 by 98 inches, so the 60 inch table shows a shorter drop, about 19 inches, while the smaller tables are covered close to the floor.
Do you make covers for bar height cocktail tables?
Yes, for 31.5 inch round tables at bar height, about 42 inches high. The cover is 98 by 98 inches with an overhang of about 33 inches, enough to wrap the taller base. Bar height is made for the 31.5 inch top only.
How should I set up artwork for a table cover?
Send a single page PDF or a JPEG, up to 300MB, in CMYK at 150 dpi. Build the file to the finished panel size with no crop marks and no bleed, because fabric this size is cut to the template rather than trimmed down. Convert any Pantone or spot colours to CMYK and convert live fonts to outlines. 300 dpi is not needed at this physical size and only gives you a file four times larger. We check every file before it prints and come back to you if anything needs changing.
What does dye sublimation mean for a table cover?
The design is printed with heat, which turns the ink into a gas that bonds with the polyester fibres. The colour ends up inside the fabric instead of sitting on top of it as a layer, so there is nothing to crack, peel or flake off along the fold lines. The cover stays soft, it drapes properly rather than standing stiff, and the print survives being folded into a bag and washed between events.
How fast can I get a printed table cover?
Covers go into production the next business day when artwork is approved before 4pm Pacific, and shipping time sits on top of that depending on the service you choose at checkout. If you are working to a fixed event date, order with a few days of slack. The artwork check is where most delays start, and a file that needs changing costs a day.
How do I wash and store a printed table cover?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then lay flat or hang to dry. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and do not iron it. Heat is what fixed the colour into the fabric, and an iron is the one household thing hot enough to damage the print. Creases come out with a hand steamer, and light creasing drops out on its own within an hour of the cover being stretched over a table. Fold loosely between events and vary where the folds land so you do not set a permanent line.
