PRODUCT DETAILS

Everything clear before you order.

Every order gets a free file review before printing. Here's what to know about specs, artwork, proofing, and delivery.

Artwork requirements

Upload print-ready files as PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, JPG, or PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK color. Extend backgrounds 0.125" past the trim edge (bleed) and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it (safe area). Every file is checked by our team before production — if something's off, we'll contact you before anything prints.

Proofing and production

Production time starts after your artwork passes file review — not at checkout. If your order requires proof approval, we'll send the proof and the production clock starts once you approve it. Turnaround options for each product are shown in the configurator above.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery time is production time plus transit. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Transit depends on your address and the shipping method selected at checkout — larger format items may ship separately from small-format printing.

HELPFUL BEFORE YOU ORDER

Helpful before you order

Answers about artwork, production and ordering.

What is silk text stock?

A smooth, low-sheen coated paper between gloss and uncoated — the editorial finish magazines use when they want photos refined and reading comfortable.

What page counts can I order?

8 to 64 pages, in multiples of four — that's how saddle-stitched sheets fold and staple. As a guide: 8–12 pages suits event programs and short guides; 16–24 pages fits product catalogs and course outlines; 32–48 pages handles full lookbooks and manuals; 56–64 is magazine scale. Page count includes the cover. Pricing updates live as you change the count.

Self cover or 14pt cover — which should I pick?

Self cover uses the same text stock all the way through, like a magazine — lighter, cheaper to mail, and seamless in feel. The 14pt cover wraps your pages in sturdy cardstock, which protects the booklet, lets it stand on a shelf, and reads as a retail-quality catalog. Choose 14pt for anything handled repeatedly — catalogs, menus, training manuals, lookbooks — and self cover for programs, inserts, and high-volume mailers.
