Table Tent Cards

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Table Tent Cards

Table tent cards put your promotion right where people are already looking — on the table in front of them. Printed full color on 14PT card with a matte finish, scored and shipped flat so they fold into a free-standing tent in seconds. Two sizes, quantities from 100 to 10,000, ready in 4 to 5 business days.

  • 14PT card stock — rigid enough to stand on its own and stay standing all service
  • Matte finish that reads cleanly under restaurant lighting with no glare
  • Pre-scored so the fold is straight every time
  • Two-sided visibility — the tent shape means the message faces both sides of the table
  • Bundling options so cards arrive counted and ready to distribute

Choose your tent card size

  • 4" x 6.25" — the taller, narrower profile. Best for drink specials, event promotions and anything that needs to be read from a few feet away without taking over the table.
  • 5" x 5.5" — a wider, squarer panel with more horizontal room. Better for a photo, a short menu list, a QR code beside a line of explanatory text, or a two-column layout.

How to choose a bundling option

Bundling decides how your cards are packed. No bundling is free and ships them loose in the carton. Single band in 25s, 50s or 100s wraps a paper band around each stack, which makes counting and distributing across locations simple. Cross band adds a second band at ninety degrees for stacks that will be handled a lot. Shrink wrap seals each stack in plastic, which is what you want if cards are going into storage, shipping to multiple venues, or sitting in a stockroom where dust and humidity are a factor.

What table tents actually do for a venue

A table tent is the only piece of marketing your customer reads while they are deciding what to order. Restaurants use them for drink specials and dessert upsells at exactly the moment the decision is being made. Hotels use them for spa hours, breakfast times and wifi codes. Conference organizers use them for session schedules and sponsor recognition. Because the card sits at eye level on an empty table surface, it gets read without anyone having to be persuaded to pick it up.

Print both panels with the same message when the table seats guests on two sides, or run a different message on each panel if the table is against a wall and only one face is visible.

Designing a tent that folds correctly

Set your file up as a single flat sheet with two panels; the score line runs across the middle. Anything that crosses the fold will bend, so keep logos and type inside their panel rather than straddling the score. Keep important content 0.25" inside the trim edge and add 0.125" bleed to any background color that should run to the edge.

Remember that the bottom of each panel tucks toward the table, so leave a little breathing room at the bottom of the layout — type placed too low can end up angled away from the reader.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Everything clear before you order.

Every order gets a free file review before printing. Here's what to know about specs, artwork, proofing, and delivery.

Specifications

Quantity: 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 2500, 5000, 10000. Configuration: Standard

Artwork requirements

Upload print-ready files as PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, JPG, or PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK color. Extend backgrounds 0.125" past the trim edge (bleed) and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it (safe area). Every file is checked by our team before production — if something's off, we'll contact you before anything prints.

Proofing and production

Production time starts after your artwork passes file review — not at checkout. If your order requires proof approval, we'll send the proof and the production clock starts once you approve it. Turnaround options for each product are shown in the configurator above.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery time is production time plus transit. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Transit depends on your address and the shipping method selected at checkout — larger format items may ship separately from small-format printing.

HELPFUL BEFORE YOU ORDER

Helpful before you order

Answers about artwork, production and ordering.

Do table tent cards arrive folded?

They arrive flat with the fold already scored, so you crease and stand them yourself in a second or two. Shipping flat protects the printed surface and keeps the carton compact; scoring first means the fold is straight and does not crack the coating.

Can I print different messages on each side of a tent card?

Yes. The flat sheet has two panels and you control both. Use the same message on both panels for a table with guests on either side, or run two different messages when the table sits against a wall and only one face is visible at a time.

Which bundling option should I pick?

No bundling is free and fine if the cards go straight out at one location. Single band in 25s, 50s or 100s makes counting and splitting across venues simple. Cross band adds a second band for stacks that get handled a lot. Shrink wrap seals each stack against dust and humidity, which is what you want for storage or multi-site shipping.
