Aluminum signs are the permanent option — rustproof metal that stays flat, stays legible and lasts for years outdoors. Printed full color on 3mm white aluminum composite in 19 sizes, with optional rounded corners and pre-drilled mounting holes. Ready in 4 to 5 business days.

Choose your drilling option

• None — for panels bonded to a wall with VHB tape or mounted in a channel frame.
• 3/8" holes, top corners — hanging from two fixings; the sign can swing slightly, which suits projecting and post-mounted signs.
• 3/8" holes, all 4 corners — the standard for fixing a sign flat and immovable against a wall, fence or post.
• 3/8" holes, center top and bottom — designed for U-post and single-post mounting, the pattern used for traffic, parking and property signs.

Choose rounded or square corners

Square corners look sharper and align cleanly inside frames. Rounded corners are the safer choice for any sign mounted where people walk past it at body height — parking lots, walkways, playgrounds, school property — and they also resist the corner dings that happen during transport and installation.

What aluminum is for

Parking and traffic control signs, no-trespassing and property notices, building and unit identification, utility and equipment labels, real-estate post signs, business hours and entrance signage, and anything mounted somewhere you do not want to revisit for a long time.

Metal also reads differently. A printed metal sign signals permanence and authority in a way that plastic does not — which is exactly why regulatory and property signage is almost always aluminum.

Designing for a metal sign

Keep artwork simple and high contrast; these signs are usually read quickly at distance and often in poor light. Use a heavy sans-serif for the primary message, and keep all critical content at least 1" inside the trim edge so drilled holes and rounded corners never clip type. Build files at 100–150 DPI at full size in CMYK with 0.125" bleed.
