How ordering works

Real prices as you choose the options, and a person on your file before it prints.

STEP ONEPick the product and optionsSize, stock, finish and turnaround are priced live as you choose them, so you see the real number before you commit.
STEP TWOSend artwork, or don'tUpload a print-ready file, send it after checkout using the link in your order email, or hand the whole thing to our design team and describe what you want.
STEP THREEWe check it by handA real person reviews bleed, resolution and colour and comes back to you if something will not print well. Then it goes on press.

What happens if something is wrong

The part most print sites leave you to find out the hard way.

We flag file problems instead of printing themLow resolution, missing bleed, black that will print muddy - we flag it and tell you how to fix it before the job goes near a press.
You can talk to an actual personNot sure which stock, fold or finish you need? Ask before you order. We would rather spend five minutes now than reprint later.
Not sure what you need?Tell us the job and we will put the list together, check your artwork by hand and quote the whole thing in one go. Ask us what to print

Frequently asked questions

The things people ask before they order.

Which stock feels most expensive?

Real metallic foil is the genuine luxury option and catches candlelight in a way printed gold ink cannot. Premium 16PT gloss is the next step down and costs very little more than standard.

Can I write on the cards by hand?

Choose matte. Coated and laminated finishes repel ink and calligraphy will bead on them. If you are hand-addressing or hand-signing anything, tell us and we will steer you to the right stock.

What can you print for the venue itself?

Welcome boards, seating charts, table numbers and directional signs on rigid board — foam board for light indoor pieces, Sintra for anything that gets packed and moved, aluminium for outdoors.

How many spares should I order?

Around ten percent more than your guest count. Reprinting a handful later costs far more per piece than including them in the original run.

What we print for a wedding

Wedding print arrives in waves — save the dates months out, then the on-the-day pieces nobody remembers until the fortnight before. We print the parts that do the most work: the cards that go in the post, the signs that direct and seat your guests, and the small things that finish a table.

Cards that go in the post

Save the dates and thank-you cards print on heavy postcard stocks in 28 sizes. Premium 16PT gloss feels substantial in the hand, matte takes a handwritten note without the ink beading, and real metallic foil catches candlelight in a way printed gold ink never does. Order around ten percent more than your guest count — reprinting a handful later costs far more per piece than including them the first time.

Signs for the venue

Welcome boards, seating charts and table numbers print on rigid board: foam board is light enough to prop on an easel, Sintra survives being packed and moved, and aluminium holds up outdoors if the ceremony is outside. These are the pieces that quietly stop fifty people asking the same question.

Checked by a person first

Every file is reviewed by hand before it prints. On a wedding job that matters more than usual, because a typo on an invitation is permanent in a way a typo on a flyer is not — we read the names and the dates back to you before anything goes on press.
