PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Custom Stickers

Custom stickers that put your logo on every box, cup, laptop and window your customers touch. Printed full color on 60lb slit-back label stock in 14 shapes and sizes, from a 2" x 3.5" wallet sticker to an 8.5" x 11" full-sheet decal — cut, packed and shipped in 4 to 5 business days.

  • 14 sizes and proportions so the sticker fits the surface instead of fighting it
  • Slit backing that peels away instantly, even with cold hands or gloves on
  • Full-color printing with sharp edges on logos, illustrations and photography
  • Low cost per impression — a sticker on a shipping box gets seen every time the box moves

Choose your sticker size

  • 2" x 3.5" — business-card proportions. Contact details, QR codes, service reminders.
  • 3.5" x 3.5" and 4" x 4" — square logo stickers for packaging seals and laptop lids.
  • 3" x 4" and 4" x 6" — the everyday label size for boxes, jars, mailers and product packaging.
  • 5" x 7" and 6" x 9" — large enough to carry an image plus a full block of copy.
  • 2" x 8", 2" x 4" and 8.5" x 2.75" — long strips for bumper stickers, shelf edges, equipment panels and helmet decals.
  • 8.5" x 3.667" and 11" x 4.25" — wide banner-shaped stickers for windows, vehicle panels and doors.
  • 5.5" x 8.5" and 8.5" x 11" — full and half sheets for signage, safety notices and large-format branding.

Where stickers earn their keep

A sticker is the only piece of print that your customer applies for you. Put one on the outside of every shipping box and your packaging becomes a moving billboard. Put a sheet in the bag at checkout and it ends up on a water bottle or a laptop lid, where it gets seen by people who have never heard of you. Skate shops, coffee roasters, breweries and software companies have all built recognition this way for a fraction of what advertising costs.

Stickers also do plain operational work. Seal a box with a branded sticker so tampering is obvious. Label a jar, a bag or a bottle with ingredients and a batch code. Mark equipment with a service date and a phone number so the person who needs to call you already has the number in front of them.

Designing stickers that survive being handled

Keep important artwork at least 0.125" inside the trim edge. Cutting is accurate but a hairline of movement is normal, so a border that runs right to the edge will look uneven if it shifts even slightly — either give the border real thickness or let the design bleed off the edge entirely. Build files at 300 DPI in CMYK, and outline your fonts so nothing reflows.

If the sticker will live on a curved surface like a bottle or a cup, favor the smaller sizes and simpler shapes. A large rectangle wrinkles on a tight curve; a 3" square or a 2" x 3.5" rectangle lies flat.

Custom Stickers FAQ

Answers to the questions we get most often are in the FAQ section below. If you need a see-through or removable version instead, look at clear window clings and opaque window clings, which use static rather than adhesive and lift off without residue.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Every order gets a free file review before printing. Here's what to know about specs, artwork, proofing, and delivery.

Specifications

Quantity: 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000. Configuration: Standard

Artwork requirements

Upload print-ready files as PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, JPG, or PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK color. Extend backgrounds 0.125" past the trim edge (bleed) and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it (safe area). Every file is checked by our team before production — if something's off, we'll contact you before anything prints.

Proofing and production

Production time starts after your artwork passes file review — not at checkout. If your order requires proof approval, we'll send the proof and the production clock starts once you approve it. Turnaround options for each product are shown in the configurator above.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery time is production time plus transit. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Transit depends on your address and the shipping method selected at checkout — larger format items may ship separately from small-format printing.

HELPFUL BEFORE YOU ORDER

Helpful before you order

Answers about artwork, production and ordering.

Are FlashyPrint custom stickers waterproof?

They print on 60lb slit-back label stock, which handles indoor use, packaging, laptops and light incidental moisture well. They are not made for labels that sit on bottles in ice or on equipment left out in the weather — repeated soaking lifts the edges and the print softens. If you need something that peels off glass cleanly instead, clear window clings hold by static rather than adhesive and leave no residue.

What is a slit back and why does it matter?

The backing paper has a small cut in it so you can bend the sticker slightly and the liner separates on its own. Without it, peeling a sticker off a flat liner means picking at a corner with a fingernail. On a packing line where someone applies hundreds of stickers a day, that difference is the whole job.

How should I set up my sticker artwork?

Supply a 300 DPI CMYK file with 0.125" of bleed on every edge and keep type and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim line. Avoid thin borders that run parallel to the edge — a fraction of a millimetre of cutting movement makes a hairline border look off-center, while a thick border or a full-bleed background hides it completely.
