How ordering works

Real prices as you choose the options, and a person on your file before it prints.

STEP ONEPick the product and optionsSize, stock, finish and turnaround are priced live as you choose them, so you see the real number before you commit.
STEP TWOSend artwork, or don'tUpload a print-ready file, send it after checkout using the link in your order email, or hand the whole thing to our design team and describe what you want.
STEP THREEWe check it by handA real person reviews bleed, resolution and colour and comes back to you if something will not print well. Then it goes on press.

What happens if something is wrong

The part most print sites leave you to find out the hard way.

We flag file problems instead of printing themLow resolution, missing bleed, black that will print muddy - we flag it and tell you how to fix it before the job goes near a press.
You can talk to an actual personNot sure which stock, fold or finish you need? Ask before you order. We would rather spend five minutes now than reprint later.
Not sure what you need?Tell us the job and we will put the list together, check your artwork by hand and quote the whole thing in one go. Ask us what to print

Frequently asked questions

The things people ask before they order.

Paper or waterproof labels for my product?

Paper is fine for dry goods and gift items. Anything that goes near moisture — bath products, drinks, anything refrigerated — needs waterproof BOPP, or the label will wrinkle and lift within days.

Can people see out through window vinyl?

With perforated one-way vinyl, yes. From the street it reads as a solid printed graphic; from inside you still see out and the daylight still comes in.

Do labels come on a roll or a sheet?

Roll labels come wound on a 3 inch core, which is what you want if you are applying by hand at any volume. Kiss-cut sheets suit smaller batches.

Can you match my existing brand colours?

Send the artwork with your colour values specified and we will check it by hand before printing, and flag anything that will not reproduce as expected.

Print that makes a small shop feel finished

The gap between a shop that feels considered and one that feels improvised is almost always print. A proper product label instead of a handwritten sticker. A window graphic instead of a printed A4 taped to the glass. A branded mailer instead of a plain box. None of it is expensive; all of it changes what someone is willing to pay.

Labels that suit the product

Paper labels are right for dry goods and gift items. If the product goes near moisture — a bath range, a drinks line, anything refrigerated — use waterproof BOPP instead, because a paper label will wrinkle and lift within days.

Windows do the advertising

Perforated window vinyl is the trick most independents miss: from outside it reads as a solid printed graphic, from inside your customers still see the street and the daylight still comes in.
