Frequently asked questions
The things people ask before they order.
Is a kit cheaper than ordering separately?
You save on shipping, since the whole kit is quoted once instead of three times, and you save the setup handling on separate orders. Ask us for a kit quote and we will price the whole list in one go so you can compare it against ordering piecemeal.
Does a kit ship free?
Not automatically. Free standard shipping applies over $200, but large-format and rigid items — yard signs, boards, banners, magnets and boxes — ship on their own rate and are excluded from that threshold. Most kits include at least one of those, so expect a real delivery charge, shown as a single combined figure at checkout.
Can I change what is in a kit?
Yes. These are the combinations we get asked for most, not fixed packs. Tell us your trade and what you are trying to do and we will build the list around that — including leaving out anything you do not need.
Do I have to take the same quantity of everything?
No. Quantities are set per item when we quote. A one-person studio and a five-van trade business need very different numbers of the same things.
Can you match colours across every piece in the kit?
That is the main reason to order as a kit. Printed together from one artwork set, the colours line up. Ordered months apart on different stocks, they drift — and uncoated paper prints noticeably softer than coated no matter what we do.
What if I do not have artwork yet?
Hand the whole thing to our design team and describe the business. You get print-ready files back for every item in the kit, all consistent, and the job goes straight on press.
Why order a kit instead of one thing at a time
The usual way a new business buys print is one panic at a time. Cards in week one because someone asked. Flyers in week three because a market came up. A sign in week six because the landlord finally approved it. Three separate orders, three lots of setup and shipping, and three slightly different versions of your logo because the file changed in between.
Ordering as a kit fixes all three problems at once. Everything is printed from the same artwork on the same run, so the colours actually match. You pay one shipping charge instead of three. And a real person looks at the whole set together and tells you if something is going to fall over — a logo that will not hold up at yard sign size, a colour that prints muddy on uncoated stock, type too fine to survive a banner.
How shipping works on a kit
You are quoted one shipping charge for the kit rather than paying separately on three orders. Be aware that large-format and rigid items — yard signs, boards, banners, magnets and boxes — ship in their own packaging on their own rate and sit outside the free-shipping threshold, so a kit built around signage carries a real delivery cost. We show it as a single combined figure at checkout rather than burying it. See shipping and turnaround for the detail.
You do not have to guess the list
The kits below are the combinations we get asked for most often, but they are a starting point rather than a fixed menu. Tell us the trade you are in and what you are trying to do, and we will put the list together, price it as one job and check every file by hand before anything prints.
Quantities are yours to set
A one-person operation opening a studio and a five-van trade business need very different numbers of the same items. Nothing here is a fixed pack — quantities are set per item when we quote, so you are not buying two thousand flyers because it was the box size.
