How ordering works

Real prices as you choose the options, and a person on your file before it prints.

STEP ONEPick the product and optionsSize, stock, finish and turnaround are priced live as you choose them, so you see the real number before you commit.
STEP TWOSend artwork, or don'tUpload a print-ready file, send it after checkout using the link in your order email, or hand the whole thing to our design team and describe what you want.
STEP THREEWe check it by handA real person reviews bleed, resolution and colour and comes back to you if something will not print well. Then it goes on press.

What happens if something is wrong

The part most print sites leave you to find out the hard way.

We flag file problems instead of printing themLow resolution, missing bleed, black that will print muddy - we flag it and tell you how to fix it before the job goes near a press.
You can talk to an actual personNot sure which stock, fold or finish you need? Ask before you order. We would rather spend five minutes now than reprint later.
Not sure what you need?Tell us the job and we will put the list together, check your artwork by hand and quote the whole thing in one go. Ask us what to print

Frequently asked questions

The things people ask before they order.

How far ahead should I order?

Start with the banner and any rigid signage, since large format needs the most notice. Flyers, cards and postcards turn around fastest and can follow later without risking your opening date.

What size banner do I need for a shopfront?

A 3 x 6 foot banner is the usual starting point for a single unit. Measure the fixing points first — grommet spacing matters more than the raw size.

Can everything match if I order at different times?

It matches best ordered together, on the same run. If you have to split it, tell us and we will reference the earlier job so colour stays consistent.

Do you do bundles for openings?

Tell us the space and the budget and we will put the list together and quote it as one job rather than you guessing at quantities.

Everything you need for opening week

An opening only happens once, and the print has to be up before the first customer walks past — not the week after. This is the standard kit: something enormous on the building, something on the pavement, something in people's hands, and something they take home.

Order it as one job

The mistake most new businesses make is ordering the banner in week one, realising they need flyers in week two and cards in week three, and paying three lots of setup and shipping. Everything here prints together, so it arrives together and it matches.

Lead times, honestly

Large format and rigid signage need the most notice. If you have a fixed opening date, start with the banner and the A-frame and let the paper items follow — those are the fastest to turn around and the easiest to reprint if something changes.
