Wide Pull-Up Banner
Wide Pull-Up Banner
A 48" x 80.5" retractable banner — nearly half again as wide as a standard pull-up, so one unit becomes a backdrop. Printed full color on 13oz matte vinyl and supplied with a premium metal stand. Next-business-day production available.
- 48" wide x 80.5" tall — a genuine backdrop from a single unit
- Premium metal stand included, built to hold the extra width steady
- Matte vinyl — no glare on camera, which matters for a backdrop
- Still packs into one carry bag and sets up without tools
- Next-business-day production available
Why width changes what a banner can do
A 33" banner is a sign you stand beside. A 48" banner is a background you stand in front of. That single difference opens up uses the standard size cannot cover: a step-and-repeat for photos at a launch or awards night, a backdrop for video interviews and livestreams, a branded wall behind a registration desk, or the full-width back wall of a small booth.
For photo and video work, keep the logo grid dense enough that at least two full logos land behind a person's head and shoulders in a portrait crop, and keep the pattern 6" clear of the edges so the rail never cuts a logo in half.
Designing at 48 inches wide
Wide banners fail when the artwork is just a stretched version of a narrow one. Use the width: run a horizontal lockup rather than a stacked one, and let images breathe across the panel instead of centering everything in a narrow column.
Supply the file at 48" x 80.5" at 100–150 DPI in CMYK. Add 2" of extra image at the bottom for the cassette and keep essential content 3" inside the left and right edges. At this width, resolution discipline matters — do not upscale a small logo file, and use vector artwork wherever possible.
Wide, standard, or several banners?
One wide banner is cleaner and faster to set up than two standard ones, with no seam down the middle. Two standard 33" banners are more flexible — you can split them between two events or reconfigure the wall. If your priority is a seamless photo backdrop, choose the wide unit; if it is flexibility across multiple shows, choose multiple standard units.

Artwork requirements
Upload print-ready files as PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, JPG, or PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK color. Extend backgrounds 0.125" past the trim edge (bleed) and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it (safe area). Every file is checked by our team before production — if something's off, we'll contact you before anything prints.
Proofing and production
Production time starts after your artwork passes file review — not at checkout. If your order requires proof approval, we'll send the proof and the production clock starts once you approve it. Turnaround options for each product are shown in the configurator above.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery time is production time plus transit. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Transit depends on your address and the shipping method selected at checkout — larger format items may ship separately from small-format printing.

Answers about artwork, production and ordering.
Can I use a wide pull-up banner as a photo backdrop?
Yes — at 48" x 80.5" it works as a single-unit step-and-repeat or interview backdrop. Keep the logo grid dense enough that at least two full logos land behind a person's head and shoulders in a portrait crop, and keep the pattern 6" clear of the edges so the rail never cuts a logo in half.
How should I lay out a pull-up banner?
Think in thirds. The top third carries the logo and headline and is the only part visible over a standing crowd. The middle third holds three or four short supporting lines. Keep the bottom foot free of anything essential, because tables, chairs and people block it constantly. Add 2" of extra image at the bottom for the cassette.
