40pt display boards — the same brilliant printed surface as our 24pt board, at nearly double the thickness so it stands on its own. Full color on 40pt coated-two-sides board in 19 sizes, single or double-sided, with optional grommets. Ready in 2 to 4 business days.

Choose your print sides

• Printed 1 sided (4/0) — for wall-mounted, framed or easel-backed presentation boards.
• Printed 2 sided (4/4) — a different message on each face, for freestanding or hanging displays.
• Printed 2 sided — same image — identical artwork on both faces for two-directional visibility.

Choose your grommet pattern

• No grommets — for easel display, framing, or mounting with adhesive strips.
• Top 2 corners or all 4 corners — hanging from rails, grids or exhibition systems.
• Every 2–3 feet on top and bottom, sides, or all around — for large hanging panels where wind or handling would stress a four-point fixing.

When the extra thickness matters

Paperboard signage fails in one predictable way: it curls. A thin board leaning on an easel for a week develops a bow, and once it bows it never fully flattens. At 40pt the board has enough stiffness to resist that, which is why it is the standard for presentation boards that get reused, awards and recognition displays, real-estate listing boards taken from viewing to viewing, and trade-show panels that live in a case between events.

If your boards are being mounted flat to a wall or slotted into rigid frames, 24pt display boards do the same job for less.

Getting the best print from a board this size

Build artwork at 150 DPI at final size in CMYK, with 0.125" bleed. Because viewers stand close to a presentation board, resolution matters more here than on a roadside sign — avoid upscaling small logos or web images. Keep body copy at 24pt type or larger so it is readable from across a room, and leave 0.5" of clear margin around the trim.
