Tabletop Pull-Up Banner
Tabletop Pull-Up Banner
An 11" x 18" retractable banner sized for a counter, a table or a reception desk. Same mechanism as a full-size pull-up, scaled down — printed full color on 13oz matte vinyl and supplied with its own metal stand. Next-business-day production available.
- 11" x 18" print area — the right scale for a tabletop without dominating it
- Metal stand included, with the same spring-loaded retraction as a floor banner
- Sets up in seconds and packs down flat
- Matte vinyl — readable at close range with no glare
- Next-business-day production available
Where a tabletop banner beats a floor banner
Trade show tables, farmers market stalls, reception desks, conference registration counters, salon and clinic front desks, and pop-up retail. In all of them a floor banner is either impossible or overkill: there is no floor space, or the person you are talking to is already two feet away.
At close range the rules of banner design change. Nobody needs a headline readable at thirty feet; they need specific information they can read while standing at the counter. That makes tabletop banners good at things a floor banner is bad at — a short price list, a three-step process, today's specials, a QR code someone can actually reach with their phone.
Designing for close reading
Use the full width; at 11" there is no room for wide margins. Body type can drop to a normal reading size because the viewer is at arm's length, so you can fit real information rather than slogans. Put the QR code at the vertical center rather than the bottom, where it is easiest to scan.
Supply artwork at 11" x 18" at 150 DPI in CMYK, with 1" of extra image at the bottom that retracts into the cassette and 0.5" of safe margin at each side.
Using tabletop and floor banners together
The strongest booth setups use both: a 33" floor banner behind the table to pull people in from the aisle with one big message, and a tabletop banner on the table with the detail they need once they have arrived. Keep the two visually consistent — same colors, same logo placement — so the setup reads as one display rather than two separate signs.

Artwork requirements
Upload print-ready files as PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, JPG, or PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK color. Extend backgrounds 0.125" past the trim edge (bleed) and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it (safe area). Every file is checked by our team before production — if something's off, we'll contact you before anything prints.
Proofing and production
Production time starts after your artwork passes file review — not at checkout. If your order requires proof approval, we'll send the proof and the production clock starts once you approve it. Turnaround options for each product are shown in the configurator above.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery time is production time plus transit. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Transit depends on your address and the shipping method selected at checkout — larger format items may ship separately from small-format printing.

Answers about artwork, production and ordering.
How big is a tabletop pull-up banner?
The print area is 11" x 18", which is the right scale for a counter or trade show table without dominating it. Because people read it from arm's length, you can use normal reading-size type and fit real information — a short price list, a three-step process, a QR code someone can actually reach.
How do I set up a pull-up banner?
Stand the base on the floor, pull the top rail up, and drop it onto the telescoping pole that clicks into the back of the base. No tools, under a minute. To pack down, unhook the rail and let the banner retract — slowly. Letting the spring snap it back is the main cause of a crooked or creased rewind.
