Display Boards 24pt

24pt display boards are heavy printed paperboard — the economical way to produce a large, smooth, professional-looking sign. Full color on 24pt coated-two-sides board in 19 sizes, single or double-sided, with optional grommets. Ready in 2 to 4 business days.

Choose your print sides

• Printed 1 sided (4/0) — color front, white back. For boards mounted to a wall, an easel or a display frame.
• Printed 2 sided (4/4) — different artwork each face, for hanging displays viewed from two directions.
• Printed 2 sided — same image — identical both faces, so the sign reads correctly whichever way a shopper approaches.

Choose your grommet pattern

• No grommets — for boards that will be taped, propped or framed.
• Top 2 corners or all 4 corners — hanging from a rail, ceiling grid or trade-show frame.
• Every 2–3 feet on top and bottom, sides, or all around — for large hanging boards where the load needs spreading.

24pt or 40pt — how to decide

Both boards print identically; the difference is rigidity. 24pt is roughly the thickness of a heavy postcard scaled up — fine for anything mounted flat to a wall or held in a frame, and the better value on large quantities. If the board has to stand on an easel, get carried around a trade show floor, or hang unsupported at 36" or more, the extra stiffness of 40pt display boards stops it curling and drooping.

Retail end-cap graphics, in-store price and promotion boards, gallery and exhibition panels, conference poster sessions, real-estate presentation boards, classroom and training displays. The common thread is a short-to-medium indoor life where image quality matters more than weather resistance — board is paper, so it should not get wet.

Set files up at 150 DPI at final size, CMYK, with 0.125" bleed and 0.5" of safe margin from the trim.
