A printed polyester table cover turns a folding table into a finished, branded display. Made for a standard 6-foot table, full color across the front and sides, with your choice of open-back or closed-back construction.

Choose 3-sided or 4-sided
- 3-sided cover (open back) — front and both ends are covered, the back is open. This is the practical choice for staffed tables: you can sit at the table, get your legs under it, and reach boxes and stock stored underneath without lifting the fabric.
- 4-sided cover (closed back) — all four sides enclosed. Choose it when the table is freestanding in the middle of a room, when people will walk behind it, or when you want everything stored underneath completely hidden. The tradeoff is that reaching under it means lifting the back panel.
Why a printed cover outperforms a banner
At a trade show, market or conference, the table is the one surface every visitor stands directly in front of. A printed cover puts your name at waist height, in the visitor's eyeline, on a surface that is there anyway — no floor space, no hardware, nothing to set up. Compared with a pull-up banner, it costs less, packs smaller and cannot be knocked over.
The strongest setups use both: a banner behind for the message people read from the aisle, and a printed cover for the identity people read while they talk to you.
Designing a table cover
Remember that the front panel drops toward the floor and roughly the bottom third is frequently hidden by chairs, legs and bags. Put the logo and name in the upper half of the front panel. Keep detailed copy off the cover entirely — nobody reads paragraphs on fabric at knee height; put those on a table tent card instead.
Also plan for the fact that things sit on top. Whatever is printed in the center of the tabletop area will be covered by product, literature and a card reader for the entire event.
Care and storage
Fold it loosely rather than creasing it hard along the same lines every time. Most creases drop out within an hour of the cover being on a table; stubborn ones release with a steamer or a warm iron on the reverse with a cloth between. Wash cold, hang to dry, and never put a printed polyester cover through a hot dryer.

Artwork requirements
Upload print-ready files as PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, JPG, or PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK color. Extend backgrounds 0.125" past the trim edge (bleed) and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it (safe area). Every file is checked by our team before production — if something's off, we'll contact you before anything prints.
Proofing and production
Production time starts after your artwork passes file review — not at checkout. If your order requires proof approval, we'll send the proof and the production clock starts once you approve it. Turnaround options for each product are shown in the configurator above.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery time is production time plus transit. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Transit depends on your address and the shipping method selected at checkout — larger format items may ship separately from small-format printing.

Should I choose a 3-sided or 4-sided table cover?
3-sided (open back) is the practical choice for staffed tables — you can sit at the table, get your legs under it and reach stock stored underneath. 4-sided (closed back) encloses all four sides, which is right when the table stands in the open, people walk behind it, or you want everything underneath hidden.
How do I make sure I order the right table size?
Measure the table you will actually use, or confirm in writing with the venue — many halls supply 6 ft as standard and only provide 8 ft on request. A cover that is too short leaves the legs exposed; one that is too long puddles on the floor. If you exhibit at venues with both, owning one of each is worth it.
How do I wash and store a printed table cover?
Wash cold, hang to dry, and never use a hot tumble dryer on printed polyester. Fold loosely and vary the fold lines between events so you do not set a permanent crease. Light creasing drops out once the cover is stretched over a table; stubborn creases release with a steamer or a warm iron on the reverse.
