A full-color printed cover for a standard 8-foot table — the larger booth and banquet size. Printed polyester, available as a 3-sided open-back or 4-sided closed-back cover.

Choose 3-sided or 4-sided
- 3-sided cover (open back) — covers the front and both ends, leaving the back open. Right for staffed tables where you sit behind, need legroom, and want to reach stock stored underneath quickly.
- 4-sided cover (closed back) — encloses all four sides. Right when the table stands in the open, when visitors walk all the way around it, or when you want to hide everything stored beneath it completely.
6 ft or 8 ft — check before you order
Table covers are cut to fit, so the wrong length is not a small problem. Measure the table you will actually be using, or confirm in writing with the venue — many exhibition halls supply 6 ft tables as standard and only provide 8 ft on request. A cover that is too short leaves table legs exposed; one that is too long puddles on the floor and looks worse than no cover at all. If you exhibit at venues with both, it is worth owning one of each: this cover and a 6 ft version.
Making the extra width work
Eight feet of frontage is enough for a horizontal lockup with real presence — logo, name and a short strapline running across the panel rather than stacked in the center. Resist filling the whole width with repeated logos; one confident, well-scaled mark reads as more established than a pattern.
Keep everything important in the upper half of the front drop, since the lower portion is regularly hidden by chairs, bags and visitors standing at the table.
Care and storage
Fold loosely and vary the fold lines between events so you do not set a permanent crease. Light creasing drops out on its own once the cover is stretched over a table; anything stubborn releases with a steamer or a warm iron on the back of the fabric. Wash cold, hang dry, no hot tumble drying.

Artwork requirements
Upload print-ready files as PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, JPG, or PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK color. Extend backgrounds 0.125" past the trim edge (bleed) and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it (safe area). Every file is checked by our team before production — if something's off, we'll contact you before anything prints.
Proofing and production
Production time starts after your artwork passes file review — not at checkout. If your order requires proof approval, we'll send the proof and the production clock starts once you approve it. Turnaround options for each product are shown in the configurator above.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery time is production time plus transit. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Transit depends on your address and the shipping method selected at checkout — larger format items may ship separately from small-format printing.

How do I make sure I order the right table size?
