Custom Tent Flag
Custom Tent Flag
Put your brand on the tent itself. A tent flag clamps straight onto the leg of a pop up canopy, so your logo flies above the crowd without a stake, a base or extra floor space. Dye sublimated on 4 oz polyester, printed one or two sides.
- Feather or teardrop, each in small or medium, all the same price
- Hex tent clamp included, or choose flag and pole only if you already have the hardware
- Single sided, reversed or double sided
- Ships next business day when artwork is approved before 4pm PT
Which shape and size
- Feather, medium, graphic 25.5 × 105.5 in. The tallest option.
- Feather, small, graphic 25 × 80 in. For smaller canopies or a flag on every leg.
- Teardrop, medium, graphic 34.38 × 81.59 in. The widest print area, best for a logo.
- Teardrop, small, graphic 24.22 × 65.48 in. A compact logo flag.
How it mounts
The clamp tightens around a hex frame leg, the leg shape used by most commercial pop up canopies, and holds the pole upright beside the tent. One flag on the front leg marks your booth from down the aisle. A flag on every leg turns a plain tent into a branded one.
Single sided, reversed or double sided
On a single sided flag the ink goes through the fabric, so the back shows the design in reverse. Reversed flips which side reads correctly. Double sided is two prints sewn back to back so text reads correctly from both directions.
Setting up your artwork
Build the file to the graphic size of the shape you order, as a single page PDF or JPEG in CMYK at 150 dpi, with no crop marks and no bleed. Double sided flags need two files. Keep text and logos away from the pole sleeve and use big, bold lettering. We check every file before it prints.
Pair it with a printed table cover for the table under the tent, or a full size feather flag out front.

Artwork requirements
Upload print-ready files as PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, JPG, or PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK color. Extend backgrounds 0.125" past the trim edge (bleed) and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it (safe area). Every file is checked by our team before production — if something's off, we'll contact you before anything prints.
Proofing and production
Production time starts after your artwork passes file review — not at checkout. If your order requires proof approval, we'll send the proof and the production clock starts once you approve it. Turnaround options for each product are shown in the configurator above.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery time is production time plus transit. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Transit depends on your address and the shipping method selected at checkout — larger format items may ship separately from small-format printing.

Answers about artwork, production and ordering.
What is the difference between single sided, single sided reversed and double sided?
Single sided flags are printed once and the ink soaks through the mesh, so the back shows the same design in reverse, a little lighter. That is the standard choice and it reads well from both directions of traffic. Reversed is the same print with the pole on the other side, which you choose so the front faces the way most people approach. Double sided is two separate prints sewn back to back with a blockout layer between them, so both sides read correctly. Choose it when your flag has text and people pass from both directions.
How should I set up artwork for a flag?
Send a single page PDF or JPEG in CMYK at 150 dpi, built to the graphic size of the flag you are ordering, with no crop marks and no bleed. Double sided flags need two files, one for each side. Convert spot colours to CMYK and fonts to outlines. Keep logos and words away from the pole sleeve and the edges, and use big, bold lettering: a flag moves and is read from a distance. We check every file before it prints.
Can I wash my flag?
Yes. The flags are dye sublimated, so the colour is inside the fabric and will not crack or peel. Hand wash or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, then hang to dry. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron the flag.
