Artwork requirements
Upload print-ready files as PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, JPG, or PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK color. Extend backgrounds 0.125" past the trim edge (bleed) and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it (safe area). Every file is checked by our team before production — if something's off, we'll contact you before anything prints.
Proofing and production
Production time starts after your artwork passes file review — not at checkout. If your order requires proof approval, we'll send the proof and the production clock starts once you approve it. Turnaround options for each product are shown in the configurator above.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery time is production time plus transit. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Transit depends on your address and the shipping method selected at checkout — larger format items may ship separately from small-format printing.

What bookmark sizes can I order?
Nine sizes, grouped by how they're used. SLIM CLASSICS — 1.5″×7″, 2″×7″, 2″×8″: standard bookmark proportions that fit any paperback. WIDE FORMATS — 2.5″×8.5″, 2.75″×8.5″, 3.5″×8.5″, 3.66″×8.5″: extra room for artwork, reading logs, coupons, or event details. SHORT CARD STYLE — 3″×4″ and 3.66″×4.25″: half-height markers that double as gift tags, seed cards, and shelf talkers. Pricing updates live as you choose.
Can I print both sides of a bookmark?
Yes — one side (4/0) or both sides (4/4) in full color. Art on the front with a quote, logo, or reading log on the back is the classic setup.
Do the bookmarks include a tassel hole?
A drill hole isn't part of the standard configurator options — contact us before ordering if you need tassel-ready bookmarks and we'll quote it.
