Glossy Paper Digital Sheets 12×18
Glossy Paper Digital Sheets 12×18
12" x 18" press sheets on 100LB gloss text — the bright, sharp paper that makes photography look expensive. Full color on one or both sides, uncut, so you trim and finish to whatever size your project needs. Ready in 2 to 4 business days.
- 100LB gloss text — substantial paper weight with a naturally smooth, reflective surface
- Best-in-class image reproduction — photos hold detail, colors stay saturated
- 12" x 18" untrimmed sheets — gang multiple pieces and cut them yourself
- One-sided or two-sided full-color printing
- 2 to 4 business day turnaround
One side or both sides?
- Printed one side (4/0) — color front, blank back. Right for posters, wall pieces, mounted graphics and inserts that sit against another surface.
- Printed both sides (4/4) — color front and back. Right for flyers, menu sheets, program inserts and anything that gets handled and turned over.
Why gloss text for image-heavy work
The gloss surface keeps ink sitting on top of the paper rather than soaking into it. That single fact is why photographs look sharper and colors look deeper on gloss than on uncoated stock: less ink spread means finer detail survives, and a smoother surface reflects light more evenly so dark areas read rich instead of muddy. Menus, product sheets, real-estate pieces, event programs and anything built around photography all benefit.
The tradeoff is reflection and writability. Under direct overhead light a gloss sheet can throw glare, and pen ink beads on the surface instead of drying into it. If people will write on the sheet or read it under bright lighting, matte paper sheets use the same weight of stock with a matte coating instead.
Setting up your sheet
Build the file at the full 12" x 18" size, 300 DPI, CMYK. Add 0.125" bleed wherever color runs off the edge and keep essential content 0.25" inside the trim. If you are ganging several pieces onto one sheet, leave a visible gutter between them so a small cutting variance does not clip the neighbor, and put your own crop marks on a separate layer.

Artwork requirements
Upload print-ready files as PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, JPG, or PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK color. Extend backgrounds 0.125" past the trim edge (bleed) and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it (safe area). Every file is checked by our team before production — if something's off, we'll contact you before anything prints.
Proofing and production
Production time starts after your artwork passes file review — not at checkout. If your order requires proof approval, we'll send the proof and the production clock starts once you approve it. Turnaround options for each product are shown in the configurator above.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery time is production time plus transit. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Transit depends on your address and the shipping method selected at checkout — larger format items may ship separately from small-format printing.

Answers about artwork, production and ordering.
Why do photos look better on gloss text?
The gloss surface keeps ink sitting on top of the paper instead of soaking in. Less ink spread means fine detail survives, and the smooth face reflects light evenly so shadows read rich rather than muddy. The tradeoff is glare under bright overhead light and a surface that resists pen ink.
Are digital sheets cut to size?
No. They ship as full 12" x 18" sheets, untrimmed. That is the point of the product: you cut, score, fold and finish them yourself, at whatever size your project needs. If you want the piece delivered finished and ready to use, order the equivalent product from our catalog instead.
Can I gang several different designs onto one sheet?
Yes, and it is the most cost-effective way to use these sheets. Lay your pieces out inside the 12" x 18" area, leave a visible gutter between them so a small cutting variance does not clip a neighbor, and add your own crop marks on a separate layer so you know where to cut.
